Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. You have 10 calendar days from the day you got the item to return it. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you got it to be eligible for a return. If your return is accepted, we will process a credit card refund (or original method of payment). You will get the credit within a set number of days, depending on the regulations of your card issuer.

 

How to initiate Return / Refund:

  • To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at info@jazzlr.com with your order ID within 10 days of receiving your order.

 

Conditions for Return:

  1. In the case that the User gets a damaged or faulty product, or if the product is significantly different from what was ordered, the User must contact us within the 10-day period specified above.
  1. Products With Any Manufacturing Defects must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with the original price tags, labels, invoices, accessories, and freebies. If a product is returned without the necessities, it will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  1. The return shipments must be adequately packaged to prevent product damage during transport. ( Shipping Cost are Not Refundable )
  1. Your item must include a receipt or other proof of purchase. Once we get your returned item, we’ll check it and tell you that we’ve received it. After examining the returned goods, we will immediately inform you of the refund’s status.
